The Management office is open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm and closed on weekends and holidays. There is an After Hours Fee of $25, per occurrence, for non-emergency’s outside of normal business hours.

If tenant submits a maintenance request, where no repairs are deemed necessary by the maintenance person, the tenant will be responsible for the service charge plus any additional fees charged by the maintenance person.
